Kumari CYT, E-RYT500 is a certified yoga therapist and advanced Sivananda Yoga teacher with over 30 years teaching experience. She is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda and is the director of Yoga Sivananda, an affiliated-Sivananda Yoga Center in Gatineau, Quebec. Kumari currently offers specialized services in yoga therapy and healing.
